Whether you’re traveling, happen to be in the middle of a move, or just not feeling this month’s beauty box, you can easily skip that month! This feature is available to both our Monthly and Prepaid Members.
For Prepaid Members, skipping a month will extend your membership by one month, so you’ll still receive the same number of boxes you originally signed up for. For Monthly Members, skipping the month will ensure you are not charged for that month, you will not be sent that month's box, and the membership will resume the following month.
To request a pause, please send an email to info@birchbox.com (or use our live chat feature in the support center) prior to the first of that month, and our Community Support Team will handle the rest!
*NOTE: a pause request must be submitted prior to the monthly renewal date in order to prevent receiving a box for that month.
