For our members located in the United States, if you need to change your shipping address for your upcoming monthly box, make sure to update it in your account prior to the 1st of the month, and before customizing your box. Once you have submitted your selections, or your customization window has closed for the month, any address changes will only apply to future orders. If you are hoping to update your shipping address for the current month, please be sure to send an email to our support team at info@birchbox.com to assist in updating your shipping address for the current month's beauty box.
Updating your shipping address is easy—just follow these steps:
- Login to your Account page.
- Click on 'Your Account' from the header.
- Click the 'Manage Subscription' tab.
- Scroll down and click into the address field to update address.
- Click Save — you're all set!
*If you forget to update your shipping address in time, and your monthly Beauty Box is sent to your old address, please contact us immediately. While we may be able to reship that month’s box to your correct address, it’s important to note that we are unable to facilitate multiple shipments to a new address if a customer fails to update their account information in a timely manner or neglects to inform us accordingly.
