Every Birchbox member has the opportunity to customize their box as a perk of their membership — what you receive is totally up to you!
When the customization window is open for that month, you will find the customization form in your account under the "Customize" tab. Simply log in, choose your selection from each product category, and make sure to click ‘submit’ on the final page to save your choices. We’ll be sure to send you an email as soon as your customization window opens!
Please Note: As full size items take up more space than standard sample size products, if you select a larger sized product you will skip a choice category.
