Should you be traveling, or simply decide this month's beauty box is not for you, you can skip that month. This feature is available to both our Monthly and Prepaid Members. For Prepaid Members specifically, pausing will simply skip the current month and extend your membership plan one month — so in total, you will still receive your full amount of boxes. For Monthly Members, skipping the month will ensure you are not charged for that month, will not be sent a box, and the membership will resume the following month.
To request a pause on your membership, please send an email to support@birchbox.co.uk (or chat us using our live chat feature in the support centre) prior to the first of that month, and our Community Support Team will take care of this for you!
*NOTE: a pause request must be submitted prior to the monthly renewal date in order to prevent receiving a box for that month.
