For members located in the UK and Republic of Ireland, in order to change your shipping address for your upcoming monthly box, changes need to be made prior to the 1st of the month. For example, you would need to update your shipping address by June 30th for it to take affect for your July box delivery. If you are late and are hoping to update your shipping address for the current month, please be sure to send an email to our support team at support@birchbox.co.uk straight away to assist in updating your shipping address for the current month's beauty box.
You may easily update your shipping address in your account. In order to do so, please follow the instructions below:
- Login to your Account page.
- Click on 'Your Account' from the header.
- Click the 'Manage Subscription' tab.
- Scroll down and click into the address field to update address.
- Click Save — you're all set!
