Every Birchbox member has the opportunity to customise their box as a perk of their membership — what you receive is totally up to you!
When the customisation window is open for that month, the customisation form will be available in your account under the "Customize" tab when logged in. Please select one item from each choice tier, making sure you click ‘submit’ on the final page to save your choice selections. We will be sure to email you when your customization window opens for the month.
We hope you love choosing a few samples in your monthly box and we can’t wait to deliver it to your doorstep!
PS. Prefer to be surprised or did not make your custom selections in time? Do not worry — our team will still curate a wonderful box you to enjoy!
