For members located in the United States, in order to change your shipping address for your upcoming monthly box, be sure to update your account prior to customizing. Once you have submitted your selections, or your customization window has passed for the month, updating your shipping information will only apply to future orders.
You may easily update your shipping address in your account. In order to do so, please follow the instructions below:
- Login to your Account page.
- Click on 'Your Account' from the header.
- Click the 'Manage Subscription' tab.
- Scroll down and click into the address field to update address.
- Click Save — you're all set!
