We are sorry for any issue you are experiencing while attempting to access your account! Your Birchbox account simply needs to be reactivated by resetting your password. In order to reset your password, please follow the steps below (for best results we recommend you reset your password using a desktop/laptop using Chrome.).
Easy as 1-2-3:
- Visit the Birchbox site at https://www.birchbox.com/profile and click on the “Forgot Password?” link, located under the ‘Log-in” button.
- You will be asked to enter the email address associated with your Birchbox account and submit.
- You will soon receive an email to that address with a password reset link. Simply click on that link, enter the password of your choosing, and log-in using your newly created password.
