As operations were suddenly and unexpectedly paused last Fall when the previous ownership faced a host of challenges, there are a number of subscription boxes from late September and early October, as well as Shop Orders, that did not ship. We are so excited operations have resumed, and our first priority has been working to relaunch operations at our fulfillment center, to ensure boxes can begin shipping, including any past box that may be owed. Due to technical issues that have now been resolved, things took a bit longer than initially expected, but things are now in full swing.
Nearly all Shop orders from fall that were left unshipped by the previous ownership, have now shipped out. June Boxes, along with any possible owed October '22 Box, are now shipping and we expect all orders to ship by mid August. For those who were owed a box order prior to the pause in operations, kindly note that your June Box may be included in the same shipment to ensure you receive everything as quickly as possible.
Once your order leaves the warehouse, you can expect to receive your emailed shipping notice which will include a link to the tracking details.
Please note, as operations were paused back in early October, this is the last month any charges may have been processed by the previous ownership. All memberships were put on pause since that time (meaning, if you had a pre-paid membership, your membership had been placed on hold since that time and resumed again with the launch of the June Box). The first new box we have launched is the June Box.
